Cottage cheese salad

A super simple and high protein snack

Ingredients

100g low fat cottage cheese

1/2 cucumber, diced

1/2 capsicum, diced

5 radishes, thinly sliced

fresh herbs, dill

pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together

2. Enjoy as is or with wholegrain crackers
