Cannelloni
This tasty meal is so quick and easy to make
Ingredients
250g cannelloni tubes
250g frozen spinach, thawed
225g low fat ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup reduced fat grated cheese
480g Chef Luca Ciano fresh basil sugo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 celcius
Mix spinach, ricotta, egg in a medium sized bowl
Fill cannelloni tubes with the prepared mixture
Grease an oven proof baking dish and pour half of the sauce over the base
Place a single layer of filled cannelloni side by side in the baking dish. Pour over the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in oven at 200°C for 25-35 minutes
