Cannelloni

This tasty meal is so quick and easy to make

Ingredients

  • 250g cannelloni tubes

  • 250g frozen spinach, thawed

  • 225g low fat ricotta or cottage cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup reduced fat grated cheese

  • 480g Chef Luca Ciano fresh basil sugo

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 celcius

  2. Mix spinach, ricotta, egg in a medium sized bowl

  3. Fill cannelloni tubes with the prepared mixture

  4. Grease an oven proof baking dish and pour half of the sauce over the base

  5. Place a single layer of filled cannelloni side by side in the baking dish. Pour over the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  6. Bake in oven at 200°C for 25-35 minutes
