Chia oat balls
A high fibre, cholesterol lowering snack
Ingredients
2 cups traditional oats
1/3 cup nut butter
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp linseeds
1/4 cup honey/maple syrup
optional extras: shredded coconut, sultanas, mini m&ms, crushed walnuts
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Shape into balls
Put in freezer for an hour to set
