Chia oat balls

A high fibre, cholesterol lowering snack

Ingredients

  • 2 cups traditional oats

  • 1/3 cup nut butter

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp linseeds

  • 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup

  • optional extras: shredded coconut, sultanas, mini m&ms, crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Shape into balls

  3. Put in freezer for an hour to set
