Florentine bites

A high fibre, cholesterol lowering florentine

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kelloggs guardian

  • small handful of crushed walnuts

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2/3 cup condensed milk

  • 80g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Combine guardian, walnuts, chia seeds and condensed milk in a large mixing bowl

  3. Place 1 tbsp of mixture into each section of mini muffin tray

  4. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown

  5. Allow to cool and remove from muffin tray

  6. Melt dark chocolate in microwave

  7. Using a fork, spread melted dark chocolate onto the flat side of the florentine

  8. Allow chocolate to set and enjoy!
