Homemade pizza

A tasty meal with as many vegetables as you please

Ingredients

  • 4 wraps (bfree, simson pantry better for you, helgas low carb)

  • 4 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves

  • 8 mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 red capsicum, diced

  • 1 small can of corn

  • 1 small can of pineapple pieces

  • 8 olives, cut in half

  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 4 small handfuls of reduced fat grated cheese

    Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 185 degrees

  2. Put gladbake on oven proof trays and place wraps on tray

  3. Bake wraps 5 minutes on each side or until wrap is firm

  4. Add 1 tbsp tomato paste on each wrap, followed by a variety of toppings and sprinkle grated cheese on top

  5. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes or unitl cheese is melted and golden brown

  6. 1-2 wraps per person. Serve with side salad and enjoy!
