Heart healthy muesli

A simply, tasty and cholesterol loweing muesli

Ingredients

3 cups oats

1/3 cup almonds, chopped

1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup tahini

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat over to 170 degrees

2. Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix well

3. Place on a lined baking tray and spread evenly

4. Bake for 20 minutes, mixing every 5 minutes

5. Allow to cool and store in air tight jar
