Salmon fish fingers

Rich in omega 3, to be enjoyed by kids and adults alike

Ingredients

  • 200g salmon

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into thin strips

  2. Put egg in a shallow bowl and whisk

  3. Put salmon strips with egg and mix

  4. Put panko crumbs in a shallow bowl

  5. Gently place salmon into breadcrumbs and turn until all sides are coated in breadcrumbs

  6. Heat small amount of oil in frying pan and cook until all sides are brown and salmon is cooked

  7. Serve with a side of hot chips and garden salad
